1. SCOPE

These Terms apply to all users of Growthwiser’s website and services, including clients, prospective clients, and visitors.

2. INFORMATION COLLECTION & USAGE

We collect both user-provided data (e.g., name, contact details, business information) and system-generated data (e.g., IP addresses, browsing activity). This information is used for service execution, client communication, and legal compliance. We do not sell or share data without consent, except as required by law.

3. PRICING & PAYMENTS

Pricing varies based on customized solutions. Payments are accepted only through official Growthwiser accounts via NEFT, IMPS, RTGS, or authorized digital payment gateways. Payments made to unauthorized accounts are not recognized.

4. REFUND POLICY

Eligibility Criteria for Refunds:
Refund requests shall be entertained solely under the following circumstances:

The service in question has not been rendered as per contractual stipulations.
A refund clause is explicitly documented in a formal Agreement, Undertaking, or related instrument.
The refund request is submitted within the stipulated timeframe as per the executed Agreement.
Refunds are processed only under documented agreements or mutual written approval. Upon approval, refunds are issued within [30-45 working days] to the verified bank account provided by the client.

5. DATA SECURITY

We implement strict security measures to protect user data. However, no system is immune to breaches, and users acknowledge this inherent risk.

6. USER OBLIGATIONS

Users must not:

Copy, distribute, or modify content without authorization.
Engage in fraudulent or misleading activities.
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Violations may result in service suspension and legal action.

7. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
